Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders of $74.99 or more before taxes ($4.99 for orders below this minimum) on www.laboiteabonbons.ca, unless a promotion is offered at the company's discretion. This applies to Quebec and Ontario only.

For orders under $26.50, a $9 shipping fee applies, as the environmental impact of shipping one or two bags of candy is not justifiable, and we wish to limit this practice.

Shipping fees are $9 per order for the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan.

Shipping fees are $13 per order for the following provinces and territories: Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended.

These rates do not apply to prepaid subscriptions, for which a special shipping rate is charged to cover the duration of the subscription (3, 6, or 12 months).

Orders are prepared and shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday), except during certain peak periods.

La boîte à bonbons ships to addresses across Canada, except where shipping would be commercially unviable. Some remote areas may not be serviced. La boîte à bonbons reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for which no commercially reasonable shipping option is available. In such cases, La boîte à bonbons will refund any amounts already paid by the customer and cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these orders.

Effective January 1, 2025, we will no longer ship to post office boxes (P.O. boxes).
