Since 2016, we've been committed to bringing you delicious, fresh and gluten-free sweets. Each product we design is carefully crafted to offer you unique moments, whether with family, friends, or for yourself!

Social impact
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and fulfilling working environment for our employees. This is achieved through concrete actions, such as offering flexible working hours so that our employees can spend as much time as possible with their loved ones: “working to live, not living to work”.
On a more general level, we aim to have a positive impact on society by supporting community initiatives, organizations that help sick children or people in precarious situations; by promoting education, and by actively participating in local development projects such as our neighborhood SDC.
Environmental impact: fauna, flora, oceansWe firmly believe that every company has a responsibility to preserve our planet for future generations.We are aware that, like all companies, our activities produce a considerable amount of waste; however, we have put in place practices to limit our impact as much as possible. We are proud to have less than 1% food waste in our products, far from industry figures (around 30%). Recycling and reuse are part of our daily practices: don't be surprised to receive orders in reused cartons!
In 2018, we launched our committed candy line and became a member of the 1% for the Planet organization. Every year, we donate 1% of sales of these products to carefully selected organizations that come to protect polar bears, sea turtles, our oceans and forests.By 2030, we aim to extend this initiative to the full breadth of the company and thus have even more impact.Sharing and FairnessSharing is a core value that guides our interactions and operations. We encourage the sharing of knowledge, resources and successes among our employees and with our partners. This collaboration enables us to grow together and achieve common goals. We believe that sharing creates a synergy that benefits everyone involved, and a concrete example of the sharing we advocate is the evolution of our employees within the company itself. Not one but two employees have taken their first steps in the company, starting out as production clerks, then supervisors, and finally operations managers. We like to push our employees to learn, train and grow with the company. We ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to succeed and progress within the company. Fairness is essential to building a harmonious and motivating corporate culture.

Sponsorships
As of May 2024, we have made the decision to no longer respond to requests for sponsorships, donations, and other “visibility exchanges” that will not be directly related to our corporate values. A company like ours is constantly asked to offer products to various causes, events, businesses, launches etc, and we are truly grateful to have become the company you think of first 💛. Unfortunately, we're still a small company and can't respond to every request, so we've decided to establish an annual budget, as well as a list of criteria close to our values, to better guide our decision-making. Requests must be related to the following causes: sick children, mental health, homelessness, animal protection (shelters, care, etc.) and environmental protection. If a request does not fit into one of these categories, we will ask the organizer making the request to make a donation up to the amount of the sponsorship request, to an organization of their choice that will have an impact on one of the above-mentioned causes. The aim is to get as many people as possible to ask themselves questions about the meaning of their actions, and to encourage them to have a positive impact on our society in general and certain causes we hold dear in particular.
