All sales are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the case of a defective product.

Gift certificates and gift cards may only be redeemed for merchandise on the La Boîte à Bonbons website. Under no circumstances may gift certificates or gift cards be refunded or exchanged for cash.
