CANADA POST STRIKE: we have stopped all shipping with Canada Post since Thursday, November 14th. We are now using other carriers and this may require customers to go get their parcel from unusual places instead of CP office. We are sorry about that!

End of year: there may be delays in processing, especially during busy periods such as November FOU, so please be patient, as we work on a first-come, first-served basis. Until November 30, priority is given to orders containing Advent Calendars.

Shipments take 3-4 working days, then 2-3 working days for delivery with our carrier. (Except for pre-ordered products, see product page for more information).

Exceptionally, during the end-of-year period, we offer you the option of leaving a note in the order, however please note that this free service is not guaranteed and may be removed at any time due to lack of time or manpower.
