How do I get my prize?
To get your prize, you need to have the code in hand (the one that appears on the Fido XTRA app), click on the "Get My Prize" button just above and follow the steps. Use the code before paying in the "Promo Code" box.
Are there any shipping costs?
No! You will not pay any shipping costs. Your total amount must be $0, make sure of it. If you have to put your credit card information, you have made a mistake.
What are the delivery times?
Delays may vary between 1 and 10 business days for shipping of contest prizes. You will receive an email once the package is shipped with a tracking link from the carrier.
Can I order candy in addition to my gift?
Yes, absolutely. You can see all our products by clicking here. Please note that preparation and delivery fees will be added at that time.
Do your candies contain gelatin?
Yes, our candies contain beef and pork gelatin. If you have restrictions in that regard, we are very sorry.
Can I choose the candies in my box?
Unfortunately, no. All boxes in this contest are prepared in advance and it is therefore impossible for us to make changes. You can however choose them by purchasing our personalized products.
I want to send my prize to a friend, can I put a note?
No, this option is no longer available for our shipments.
