By Monsieur Cocktail:A rich, fresh and deliciously fruity blueberry syrup. Made with love in small batches, we use a blend of wild blueberries from Lac Saint-Jean and blueberries grown in the same splendid region. It's the liquid representation of an Alma grandmother's blueberry pie, a breath of fresh air from the Fjord that'll make your water and cocktails taste like they're made in heaven.
How to use it?
- White and black beers;
- Red and pink Sangria;
- Perfect in kir or kir royal;
- Iced teas (green, oolong, sencha), sodas, lemonade and aguas frescas;
- In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad and pancakes, as well as vinaigrettes.
